Three Little Birds
I’ve always been a big fan of Bob Marley and his “one love” philosophy that (follows) in all of his songs. If you’re not familiar with Bob Marley and his work, biography.com states this about Bob: "Jamaican singer, musician and songwriter Bob Marley served as a world ambassador for reggae music and sold more than 20 million records throughout his career—making him the first international superstar to emerge from the so-called Third World."
My friends know me as an old-woman-hippie-vibe with good reason: comfy sweaters and hats, and Bob Marley playing on my radio. When my girls were born, I found myself singing Three Little Birds to them as a lullaby. My oldest is 5 years old now, and I’ll hear her singing to herself in her room: “Don’t worry! About a thing!” <--life lessons right there.
While thinking of a new photography name, Bob Marley came to mind, and soon after “Three Little Photo”. I mean, why not? “One Love” is something I choose daily to live by, and the reminder that every little thing is going to be alright – is lovely.
"Three Little Birds" is a song by Bob Marley and the Wailers. It is the fourth track on side two of their 1977 album Exodus and was released as a single in 1980. The song reached the Top 20 in the UK, peaking at number 17. It is one of Bob Marley's most popular songs.”
I’m still working on the logo, which will contain three little birds of some sort... But for now, I’m not going to worry. It’ll come to me when it’s ready.
Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live! – Bob Marley
